Wells Fargo analyst Finian O’Shea lowered the firm’s price target on Prospect Capital (PSEC) to $2.50 from $3 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The firm sees Prospect Capital’s normalization in a constructive way, but also with still sharp NOI headwinds to navigate.
