Scotiabank analyst Francisco Suarez upgraded Promotora y Operadora (PYOIF) to Sector Perform from Underperform with a price target of MXN 223, up from MXN 190. The firm acknowledges Promotora y Operadora’s new capital allocation toward two new assets as a positive change in the company’s investment strategy, but thinks that the size and speed of such investments are not material enough to unlock enough value to shareholders, the analyst tells investors.
