Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Progressive (PGR) to $265 from $267 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Based on the latest August monthly results, the firm is lowering its 2025 total combined ratio forecasts and slightly lowering premium growth forecasts for 2026 and 2027, the analyst tells investors.
