Among other matters, stockholders approved the proposal to issue shares of the Company’s common stock for the acquisition of CFO Silvia, a leading AI agent lab focused exclusively on finance with more than $30 billion in assets on the platform. “The finance industry is going to be dominated by AI agents over the coming years.
