ProCap BTC announced the appointment of Renae Cormier as CFO. Cormier will lead ProCap BTC’s finance and accounting functions. Her appointment is effective December 1, 2025. Prior to joining ProCap BTC, she was the CFO at Semler Scientific (SMLR). Cormier will join ProCap BTC’s executive team alongside Anthony Pompliano, CEO, Megan Pacchia, COO, Jeff Park, CIO, and Kyle Wood, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, further strengthening ProCap BTC’s leadership bench ahead of its proposed business combination with Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR).
