Truist lowered the firm’s price target on ProAssurance to $14 from $16 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm notes the company’s Q2 earnings beat but adds that while the valuation is still compelling at 0.6-times book value, the uncertainty around social inflation as well as still-elevated losses will likely continue to restrain stock performance, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
