Primo Brands (PRMB) announced that it has applied to the Ontario Securities Commission, as principal regulator, for an order to cease to be a reporting issuer in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan, Canada. A decision by the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities to permit the Company to cease to be a reporting issuer in Canada will not affect the Company’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange or its reporting obligations in the United States.
