Prelude Therapeutics appoints Katina Dorton to board of directors

Prelude Therapeutics (PRLD) announced the appointment of Katina Dorton to its Board of Directors. Dorton was most recently CFO at NodThera. Dorton will succeed Mardi Dier, who will be resigning from the Prelude board effective October 17. Ms. Dorton will also succeed Ms. Dier as Audit Committee Chair at that time. Ms. Dier has served on Prelude’s board since August 2020.
