Porsche enter discussions with Meschke, von Platen to leave board

The Supervisory Board of Porsche (POAHY) authorized the Chair-man of the Supervisory Board to enter into discussions with Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and Executive Board member for Finance and IT, and Detlev von Platen, Executive Board member for Sales and Marketing, in relation to an amicable early termination of Meschke’s and von Platen’s appointment as members of the Executive Board of Porsche.
