Polyrizon (PLRZ) announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of approximately $17M of Ordinary Shares and/or pre-funded and investor warrants at a price of 48c per Ordinary Unit. Aggregate gross proceeds to the company are expected to be approximately $17M. The transaction is expected to close on or about April 1, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Aegis Capital is acting as exclusive placement agent for the private placement.
