Poland says it plans to continue working on a digital services tax of up to 3% on large digital platforms, despite the U.S.’ threats of retaliation, like tariffs, Bloomberg’s Agnieszka Barteczko reports. “Representatives of the US administration are expressing far-reaching skepticism, but I remain firm — we are the ones who set taxes in Poland,” PAP news agency quoted Finance Minister Andrzej Domanski as saying. The tax would apply to firms with global revenues above EUR 1 billion and at least 25 million zloty in revenues reported in Poland.
