The company said, “As approved by shareholders, PNM Resources is changing its name to TXNM Energy (NYSE: TXNM) to better reflect its changing business profile. Trading under the new name is expected to begin Monday, August 5, 2024. There are no changes to wholly-owned subsidiaries PNM and TNMP.”
