Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on PNC Financial (PNC) to $221 from $211 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. Q4 was “a solid beat,” even after adjusting for a favorable tax rate, says the analyst, who also notes that FY26 guidance exceeded both the firm and Street estimates as FirstBank adds to “an already strong organic growth story.” The firm cites valuation for its continued Underweight rating.
