Pitney Bowes (PBI) announced that its board of directors has elected Brent Rosenthal as its new independent chair, effective immediately. Rosenthal succeeds Milena Alberti-Perez who served as independent chair. Alberti-Perez decided to step down from the Pitney Bowes Board to focus on new opportunities within the media sector and adjacent industries.
