Piper Sandler announces $5.00 per share special cash dividend

Piper Sandler’s (PIPR) board of directors declared a special cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $5.00 per share related to its financial results for fiscal year 2025 to be paid on March 13 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 3. Including this special cash dividend, the company’s total dividend related to fiscal year 2025 amounts to $7.70 per share of common stock, a payout ratio of 43% of adjusted net income.
