Piper Sandler last night downgraded Prairie Operating (PROP) to Neutral from Overweight with a price target of $3, down from $9. The company reported “disappointing” results and reduced its fiscal 2025 production guidance, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Piper believes risk to Prairie ‘s execution and “surprisingly high” potential dilution from its series F preferred issuance that came with the Bayswater acquisition will continue to weigh on the stock.
