UBS analyst Timur Braziler upgraded Pinnacle Financial (PNFP) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $110, up from $106, after assuming coverage of the name. The firm sees “too much value to ignore” at current share levels. Pinnacle’s valuation gap to peers should close as confidence in 2027 estimates builds, which should start with the Q1 report, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS sees the report “paving a path” to an in-line multiple for Pinnacle and 28% share upside.
