Phunware (PHUN) announced that Elliot Han was appointed Chairperson of the Company’s Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Board’s Audit Committee, each effective October 2025. Han has served as a Class II non-employee Director on the Company’s Board since January 2024 and will continue to chair the Board’s Compensation Committee.
