Photronics announces executive officer appointments

Photronics (PLAB) announced certain executive officer appointments. Effective January 12, 2026, Eric Rivera was appointed President of Photronics. Rivera will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since May 2024, and will remain the Company’s principal financial officer. Rivera previously served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer beginning in 2020 and as Corporate Controller from 2020 to 2024. Effective January 12, 2026, Rui Zhang was appointed Chief Accounting Officer. Also effective January 12, 2026, Todd Alesio was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
