Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Phillips 66 (PSX) to $147 from $140 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Refining operations have continued to improve in recent quarters, says the analyst, who sees consistent execution as key to shares re-rating higher.
