Perma-Pipe International (PPIH) Holdings announced the notification of CEO David Mansfield to retire and the appointment of Saleh Sagr as President. As part of Sagr’s appointment as President, the company has also appointed Adham Samir Sharkawy to succeed Sagr as Senior Vice President of MENA.
