PepsiCo (PEP) intends to review its North American supply chain as one of a number of steps it is taking to complete talks with activist investor Elliott Investment Management, Bloomberg’s Crystal Tse and Kristina Peterson report, citing people familiar with the matter. An official announcement on such a review could arrive as soon as this week, the authors note.
