Peoples Bancorp board declares special cash dividend of 15c per share

The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina announced the declaration of a special cash dividend in the amount of 15c per share. The special cash dividend will be paid on February 15, 2023 to shareholders of record on February 3, 2023.
