PennantPark announces adjusted dividend structure

The company said, “Beginning with the dividend payable in April, the total monthly dividend will remain at $0.08 per share but will be comprised of a $0.04 per share monthly base dividend and $0.04 per share monthly supplemental dividend. The base dividend is expected to be fully supported by current core net investment income and the supplemental dividend will be supported by our undistributed spillover income. We anticipate maintaining the supplemental dividend payment through December 2026.”
