Citizens JMP lowered the firm’s price target on Penn Entertainment (PENN) to $24 from $25 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The end of the ESPN Bet (DIS) partnership is “welcomed” from the firm, as Citizens feels the relationship never gained traction.
