B. Riley lowered the firm’s price target on Peabody Energy (BTU) to $18 from $19 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm updated estimates post the Q1 report. Riley believes upside still exists for Peabody on its stand-alone model, particularly as Centurion remains ahead of schedule and the company executes on the cost side.
