PDD Holdings (PDD)’ Temu has resumed shipping goods from China directly to U.S. consumers and has also increased its ad spending in the country, William Langley and Zijing Wu of The Financial Times reports. After suspending the service in May, many Temu suppliers, partners, and investors said Temu restored its fully managed shipments, where it handles most of the logistics, in July.
