Barclays analyst Ramsey El-Assal raised the firm’s price target on PayPal (PYPL) to $90 from $80 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Heading into Q2 earnings, the firm believes spend trends have remained stable. It sees Q2 estimates across the payments and IT services group as largely attainable.
