Monness Crespi analyst Gus Gala lowered the firm’s price target on PayPal (PYPL) to $90 from $120 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. PayPal is already trading at “sub-bottom quartile of historical merchant acquirer takeouts,” says the analyst, who would remain a buyer here and be buying as shares come down.
