Pathfinder Bancorp CFO Walter Rusnak to retire, Justin Bigham to succeed

Pathfinder Bancorp announced that Walter Rusnak, senior VP and CFO, will retire from the role after a career spanning more than forty years in finance effective June 28. Justin Bigham has been named to succeed Rusnak as senior VP, CFO. Rusnak will remain with the company in an advisory capacity to ensure a transition and to continue to oversee the Bank’s investment securities portfolio and overall balance sheet management.
