ParkerVision announces oral arguments in Qualcomm case

ParkerVision (PRKR) is scheduled to appear at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit this morning for oral arguments in ParkerVision v. Qualcomm (QCOM). ParkerVision filed its notice of appeal in April 2022 following rulings by the U.S. District Court in the Middle District of Florida in the Company’s patent infringement case against Qualcomm that resulted in the court closing the case file and terminating ParkerVision’s right to a jury trial. ParkerVision CEO Jeffrey Parker commented, “I have been contacted by many shareholders with questions about the appealed rulings in this case.
