Parker-Hannifi is in talks to acquire Filtration Group from Madison Industries and a deal could be announced as soon as this week, David Carnevali, Aaron Kirchfeld and Ryan Gould of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Filtration could be valued at close to $9B, including debt, a source told Bloomberg.
