Park Dental Partners opens at $13, IPO priced at $13 per share

Park Dental Partners (PARK) priced its initial public offering of 1.535M shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. The dental resource organization that provides comprehensive non-clinical business support services to affiliated general and multi-specialty dental practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions of practices, capital expenditures, working capital and repayment and financing of outstanding debt. Northland Capital Markets and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
