BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Paramount Skydance (PSKY) to $11 from $13 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. The firm believes Paramount, particularly with the addition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), has the potential to be “a dynamic global media company,” but cautions that mergers and restructurings at this scale “take significant time and require investor patience.”
