Papa John’s (PZZA) jumped 14% after a post from ABC Money UK that clams the company is nearing a $65 per share sale to TriArtisan Capital, but the report is “not true,” a person familiar with the matter told Seeking Alpha’s News Editor Joshua Fineman. Papa John’s shares are off their earlier highs, but remain up about 10% nearing midday.
