Keefe Bruyette lowered the firm’s price target on Palomar (PLMR) to $172 from $204 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Palomar’s shares should outperform as investors look past its admittedly unusual loss ratio and net- to-gross earned premium cyclicality, the analyst says.
