DA Davidson lowered the firm’s price target on Palantir (PLTR) to $165 from $180 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company reported another outstanding quarter with revenue growth accelerating further due to parabolic U.S. demand for AI solutions, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Palantir remains well positioned to benefit from helping customers effectively deploy AI through its Ontology, the firm added. DA Davidson notes, however, that the stock trades at about 50 times expected 2026 revenue, which is an “unprecedented premium” to any of its software peers.
