Pacs Group says unable to file report on Form 10-K by prescribed date

Pacs Group (PACS) announced in a regulatory filing that as a result of the ongoing Audit Committee investigation, the company has determined that it will not be able, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 by the prescribed due date for such annual report. The company intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024 as soon as practicable, following or concurrent with the company’s filing of the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.
