Over 600 employees at GE Aerospace’s (GE) Evendale, Ohio and Erlanger, Ketuchy distribution facility went on strike after the United Auto Workers union failed to reach a new contract agreement with the company, Reuters reports. The Evendale facility build engines for the U.S. Navy while the Erlanger plant supplies some of the parts for the company’s engine plants.
