Orrstown Financial (ORRF) announced that Adam Metz has been promoted to senior executive VP and COO of the company and its subsidiary bank, Orrstown Bank, effective immediately, with the intent for him to succeed Thomas Quinn, Jr. as president and CEO of the company and the bank upon Quinn’s retirement on May 25, 2026. Metz has served as executive VP and chief revenue officer of the company and the bank since February 2019.
