Ormat Technologies (ORA) announced its intention to offer $600M aggregate principal amount of Series A convertible senior notes due 2031 and $150M aggregate principal amount of Series B convertible senior notes due 2031 in private offerings to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, subject to market conditions and other factors.
