JPMorgan downgraded Orion S.A. (OEC) to Underweight from Neutral with a price target of $9, down from $10. The firm believes carbon black price negotiations will lead to, at best, flat pricing and possibly down pricing for 2026. Flat or down pricing will drive weak share price performance by the carbon black companies, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
