B. Riley analyst Liam Burke raised the firm’s price target on Orion Group (ORN) to $17 from $15.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Orion Group reported Q4 contract revenue of $233.2M and adjusted EBITDA of $13.0M, with adjusted EPS of 8c, beating consensus revenue and EPS estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Backlog declined sequentially and year over year, but the opportunity pipeline grew to $23B, and an early Q1 $86.3M U.S. Army Corps project highlights momentum in Marine capabilities, while FY26 guidance of $900M-$950M revenue and $54M-$58M adjusted EBITDA signals management confidence in multi-year growth and improving returns on invested capital, B. Riley says.
