The stock’s current valuation is “warranted for a best-in-class operator with structural advantages in an attractive industry,” particularly given the potential upside to near-term earnings expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees O’Reilly compounding its earnings at 11% annually over the next four years.
