RBC Capital analyst Steven Shemesh lowered the firm’s price target on O’Reilly Automotive (ORLY) to $109 from $111 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results came in somewhat shy of a high buyside bar as investors seem to have over-estimated the comp benefit from same-sku inflation and under-estimated the duration of elevated costs, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
