Oracle’s (ORCL) plan to save TikTok is hitting a roadblock with U.S. Senator Tom Cotton, a conservative from Arkansas who has made it clear he will oppose any deal that does not comply with bipartisan U.S. legislation calling for TikTok to be completely divested from its Chinese control, Charles Gasparino of The New York Post reports, citing people with direct knowledge of the matter.
