Mizuho lowered the firm’s price target on Oracle (ORCL) to $320 from $400 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm says the bear concerns are easing post the fiscal Q3 report. Oracle reported a “clean” Q3, exceeding expectations across the board and raising its fiscal 2027 revenue target to $90B, above consensus, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Mizuho cites peer multiple contraction for the target cut.
