OpenAI is ending a compensation policy requiring employees to work at the company for six months before their equity vests, Meghan Bobrowsky, Berber Jin, and Georgia Wells of The Wall Street Journal reports. The change is meant to encourage new employees to take risks without fear of being let go before accessing their equity, people familiar with the matter told the Journal.
