OneWater Marine backs FY26 adjusted EPS view 25c-75c, consensus 58c

Backs FY26 revenue view $1.83B-$1.93B, consensus $1.88B. Backs FY26 adjusted EBITDA view $65M-$85M. The company said, “For fiscal full-year 2026, OneWater anticipates the industry to be flat to down low single digits year over year based on recent industry trends. The Company is maintaining its previously issued fiscal full-year 2026 outlook. When factoring in the lost revenue from exited brands, the Company expects dealership same-store sales to be flat year over year and total revenue to be in the range of $1.83 billion to $1.93 billion. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $65 million to $85 million and adjusted diluted earnings per share2 is expected to be in the range of $0.25 to $0.75.”
