BofA analyst Koji Ikeda is moving to No Rating on OneStream (OS) after the company announced it was being acquired by private equity firm Hg Capital for $6.4bn, or $24 per share. The analyst, who thinks shares are no longer trading on fundamentals due to the announced acquisition agreement, believes the purchase price is “fair.”
